Minimum stay is one week – Saturday 16h00 (Check In) to Saturday 11h00 (Check out)

SPRING

• 25 April 2026 – 30 May 2026 Euro 1 650.00

SUMMER

• 1 June 2026 – 19 September 2026 Euro 1 950.00

AUTUMN

• 20 September 2026 – 31 October 2026 Euro 1 650.00

Deposit

A refundable breakage/damage/excessive cleaning deposit of Euro 300.00 is due 60 days before check-in date and will be refunded within 7 days after Check-out date. Please find details in your rental agreement.

Payment Terms

• A 50% payment is due on confirmation of booking
• Balance is due due 60 days before arrival date.

Cancellation terms

• 100 % refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date.
• 50 % refund if cancelled less than 14 but more than 7 days prior to the Check-in Date. 
• No refund if cancelled 7 days or fewer prior to the Check-in Date. 

Check-in & Check-out times

Check-in time is 17h00, Check-out time is 11h00
